Milan holds an LL.M. with a focus on Law & Economics, Law & Psychology, International Commercial Arbitration, Consumer Contracts, and Public Policy from Harvard University. He earned his LL.B. from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Milan’s experience spans the areas of national and international commercial arbitration, specializing in shareholders’ disputes, energy, insurance, construction, transportation and professional services, as well as in Investment Arbitration, chiefly in expropriations. Moreover, his experience spans private international law, in rem rights, tort liability and law, economics & psychology. He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
